Payment Notes

Kindly note that a fully paid conference fee is for one presenter per paper only and the registration fee is non-refundable. 

• Co-presenter/author of the same paper who wishes to join the conference must register separately and pay the fee in full. 
• Authors with more than one paper submission are eligible for an 80% discounted fee for each additional paper. This 80% discount also applies to PhD Colloquium participants who wish to submit papers to the parallel sessions. 
• Student fees are determined based on the universities at which they are registered; the local student rate applies to international students enrolled in local universities, while the international student rate applies to Malaysian students enrolled in universities outside Malaysia.
• The fee does not include publication charges of the affiliated journals, if any.
